Hola,!! 🎉 I have a young dog I would bring with me to mexico ..is there decent veterinary care in the area ?

I just visited Baja California for the first time and was very nervous due to the things I heard in the news and especially after what happened to those surfers. The worst thing that happened to me was getting ripped off by a taxi driver in Tijuana. I accepted it because I got back from Ensenada a little later than expected and didn't want to walk around at night. The people in Tijuana were friendly, the people in Ensenada were REALLY friendly, and I walked all over Tecate with no trouble from anyone. Also had a Baja dog stuff himself through a gate to chase me but turns out he only wanted the fries I had. I was in no physical danger at any point nor was I violently mugged, threatened, etc.

Only an entitled idiot would buy a condo near a loud restaurant, then complain about the noise and start a legal battle over it. I hope they run his butt out of town.

Thanks Paul and Daniela! I've always been curious to see the inside of a completed and furnished unit ever since I became aware of the construction of Vista Bucerias. While some other UA-camr's covered it's pre-sale and roughed-in construction, it's a treat to see the finished product. The noise of Mexican Hwy 200 may be off-putting to some but your idea of using the unit as homebase while scouting out potential real-estate investment/vacation homes is spot on. People need to know that the best thing to do BEFORE buying property, is simply to try living in the town for a month or two while you get the lay-of-the-land. Develop ideas of where you might want to live. And the services you'll need/want around your neighbourhood. An affordable unit that's close to the beach and only steps away from conveniences with ease of access to taxis/collectivo's sounds like a great starting point to me. Cheers from Canada!

I really enjoyed the interview... very nice people! My aunt and uncle lived in Canada until they both succumbed to different types of cancer. The thing they really disliked the most was the Healthcare and the long waits between treatment. My poor auntie had such bad pain with her cancer, there were times when the long waiting lines were simply too much for her, but the lovely people in front gave up their space to her... anyways I got off track a bit there, but what I wanted to say is that right now at this time, I believe healthcare in Mexico is FIRST RATE! it's much quicker, the prices are more reasonable for me and my family even with our insurance we have large deductibles and co-pays that more expensive than the TOTAL price in Mexico where we live during Winters'... So yes. thanks for the reminder of how good we have it! :)

I love your observations! YES, Mexico does have a lot of gestures! It's fun most of the time. Hey, I really want to encourage you to try to get an interview with Astrid * wife of the creator" of Shaun in Paradise on UA-cam. She is such a unique and talented lady and is from GERMANY originally. I believe she has some great stories to tell. She does make brief appearances on her husband's channel, but I think you could show us the genius that she is! Anyways I would love to know how she compares living in Mexico to Germany. I love both countries, but there are some pretty big differences :) THANKS for all you share here... I always love your interviews!
